If you purchased the membership via in-app purchase from our iOS app, you need to cancel it yourself: on your iOS device, click Settings > iTunes & App Store > Login and click your account > Subscription. You should find Max there and cancel. Here is the step-by-step guidance.
For the monthly plan, you need to cancel it 24 hours before the auto-renewal. For our annual plan, if you purchased within the last seven days, you will get a full refund if you are not happy with the service.
